Where can I get good seam binding?

by Fran Brown

I have been buying seam binding from thrift stores. Most of the time it is coloured and I have been able to spray it and have it crinkly, but now I am running into stuff that stays stiff. I think I had better order the stuff on line, but don't know how to order a bigger roll or the right stuff. Please advise.

Here is where I get mine from. I find it is the cheapest, at least in the states.

Hi Fran.
My comment matches the other comments. I bought my roll of binding from Hug Snug as well in off white. A 100 yards will last a long time. I have used spray inks, distress stains/paints/crayons, and acrylic paint on it with beautiful results. Good luck.

I purchased on ETSY from Bluebird lane and it is beautiful seam binding. She has both straight and crinkled. https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/Bluebirdlane?ref=l2-shopheader-name§ion_id=5157760

Thank you so much. I knew it was out there, but needed to know the kind to buy. It was beyond me at this time.

Hi Fran, I buy Hug Snug. It comes in rolls of 100 yards. Here's where I get mine, the supplier is ZipperStop:
