Vintage Style Embellishments For Your Journals and Other Creations
(Silkeborg, Midtjylland, Denmark)
Need inspiration on your next embellishments for your junk journal cover, box or any other vintage styled creation? Then take a look at these projects I wanted to share with you.
I am working on several creations and projects during July and needed some embellishments to go with the theme so to say.
So here's a couple of paperclips and some super elegant and very easy paper wheel embellishments that just take a lot of preparations then you're good to go.
I hope you will take a look at the video where I show you how I did the embellies.
You'll need paper flowers, punched or cut (fussy cut or from a template) in different sizes.
Paper clips, big or small.
Distress inks. I used Tim Holtz Vintage velvet and Antique Linen
Ribbon, twine and maybe some buttons.
I use wet craft glue, also to give the ephemera an enhanced cover ala decoupage, so that they get stiffened and can withstand a touch or two.
Scissors of different sizes, holepunch, flowerpunch, hot glue gun.
If you have any questions or would like to comment, please feel free to.
