Elf on the Shelf Junk Journal

Hi junk journalers! :)

For my second projects I decided to create a journal for my elves on the shelf :)
The elves will use it to send messages to my kids and there is lots of envelopes and glassine bags to put little surprises ;)
I use the kit called Merry Melody and loved that project! I used eye shadows and alcohol to put some magical glitters on the pages :) Can't wait to see the magic in my kids eyes when they will receive messages from their elves. I hope you will enjoy!

I don't have young ones anymore but I'm going to make these for some of my friends who do have kids and elves. Thank you for this wonderful idea!

Don't be surprised if your daughter wants to continue with the Elf! I have a grand daughter who is 12 this year and the Elf is coming back. I'm sure she knows, but.....

Love your project!

I am repeating my previous comment because I forgot to add my name before and it appears under 'anonymous'...so here it is once more:

Like I said on you-tube, I really like the way you use your own papers also and your own bits and pieces. Watching the video, it made me feel that it is something I could try. I think what I am trying to say is that I love love Debbie-Anne's kits and your video helped to bring home the point that I can create a beautiful journal too with the help of the kit. Thank you, Melanie.

What a fantastic idea...a journal for Elf on the Shelf to leave messages for your kids! I would've loved to do something like that for my son, but, lol he's 31 now and too grown up.
Thank you for sharing! :)
